In a landmark decision, Google has banned advertisements from businesses that sell essays and dissertations. Beginning next month, cheaters will have a more difficult time buying essays to turn into their college classes; and Google will earn kudos from university and college faculty members who have fought against this widespread practice for many years.
These “essay mills” have prospered financially as honest students have struggled to do their own research and writing, while other students have easily purchased high-quality papers often written by graduates with master’s degrees and Ph.D.’s. Over 80% of the cheaters have been able to find the papers over the Internet through Google’s search engine, but not anymore.
Perhaps Google will tackle diploma mills next. These are even worst than essay mills; because unscrupulous people who have completed no college work simply pay a few hundred to a few thousand dollars to secure jobs as doctors, dentists, engineers, and other sensitive careers.
So hooray for Google! But please, Google, do not stop with essay mills. Save lives by banning diploma mills. They have gotten away with murder for way too long.

Good to see that Google is finally taking a stance. Yeah Google, please stop these diploma mills. It’s not fair for those of us who pay for a college education to compete with those who simply bought a fake degree.

Hopefully Google get sites like speedydegrees.com. How can anyone legitimately get a PHD in 7 days based on life experience? There accreditation agency is not recognized by any legitimate agency.
